Whether you’re returning after a break, adjusting to a new vehicle or simply want to polish your driving, every session is shaped around you—without pressure or judgement.
Training is delivered by Paul, an Approved Driving Instructor, RoSPA Gold Advanced Driver and Advanced Driver Coach, giving you the benefit of professional coaching supported by advanced driving knowledge and techniques.
Your sessions may include:

Rebuilding confidence: Progress at a comfortable pace and tackle situations you currently find challenging.

Defensive driving: Improve observation, anticipate developing hazards and create more time and space to respond safely.

Fuel-efficient driving: Use smoother acceleration, braking, gears and forward planning to reduce fuel consumption and unnecessary vehicle wear.

Motorways and faster roads: Practise joining and leaving safely, effective observation, lane discipline and appropriate use of speed.

Rural roads: Develop better positioning and speed choices for narrow lanes, bends, limited views and unexpected hazards.

Town and city driving: Build confidence around busy junctions, roundabouts, traffic, cyclists and pedestrians.

Night and poor-weather driving: Learn how to manage reduced visibility, glare, changing grip levels and vehicle lighting.

Parking and manoeuvres: Refresh those everyday skills and make tight spaces feel a little less daunting.

Modern driving: Update your knowledge of current road rules, signs, vehicle technology and changing road layouts.
Training will normally take place in your own vehicle, helping you become more familiar and confident with the car you drive every day. Our training car is also available if required.
We’ll begin with a 1.5-hour assessment drive, allowing us to discuss your goals, identify areas for development and agree on the best way forward.
Following the assessment:
